I have thoroughly enjoyed reading the thread you linked and the antiwar forum but I was left with quite a few popup ads. That doesn't bother me at all because they're so easy to delete. But when I went into one (I forget which), a young woman said "I can heeaaaaarrr you!" and it sounded like a friend of mine. Spooky! Did anyone else experience that? Just now, I noticed one of the popups is for a device where you can listen to/spy on friends' conversations so I guess it was a marketing gimmick of theirs.

I know these pop up adds are a menace. I hate the ones where you x them out and they just hide and come back again or kill your back button so you have x out of everything. I downloaded Gator at one time but got rid of it after a day. Everyone has seen the spy camera but this listening device new to me
