a loose or faulty fuel cap can trigger a "check engine" light, and if you are having to run that much fuel injector cleaner through your van, by all means. replace the fuel filter, and, if the injectors have never been serviced since your ownership of the vehicle, have an ASE certified shop do that as well. I think that you will be surprised with the results, and may even see increased performance and fuel economy.

Hey rangeratt - good to see ya. I'm the one with the van problems today - will get it taken care of in the morning. We've only gone about 1100 miles on our trip so far - should have covered a little more ground than that by now.
