The moulin rouge was closed (out of business). I couldnt go inside the Louvre (it was Christmas day, one of the two days out of the year it is closed)and it was one of the coldest days in Paris history. We were only there a day and a half..

Oh yeah, Notre Dame was to crowded to get into on Christmas Eve and the waiters were rude!

The Moulin Rouge is still in business, it was probably just closed for the holiday. Its the only place in Paris that still performs the real Can Can. LOL Bless your heart, Paris is one of the coldest cities on earth in the winter. Its brutal.
