They said public school teachers cannot lead their classes in saying the pledge as long as the "under God" phrase is in it. They said nothing about what you or your children can do.

The 9th circuit said it the Pledge was Unconstitutional for school children ..

So tell me are these kids going to be suspended from school because they choose to recite it???

Have you read the actual ecision or are you quoting a reporter?

This thing won't ever be neforced on anyone, because an apeal has already been filed, the ruling is held in abeyance and it will be overturned.

And Frankly I am on the fathers side.
I have always hated the change. it was a sop by Ike and congress to a bunch of so called Christian Southern Bigots who were ion their way from the John Birch Society Meeting to the Klan Rally. Adding the phrase was a shameful and cowardly act.
