They're proud of it, all right. Problem is, there are so many restrictions on building, and the popoulation keeps growing, so there's this little supply and demand thing going on. But the house we saw was very nice, well-built, and in an excellent location. Good kitchen, too, since I like to cook. There's even room for me to set up re-loading equipment! (now there's a feminine past-time)
