lol the mystery of the missing sunglasses
before checks went bouncey in March, I thought I had all the money in the world
so naturally when Bill found a stunning pair of sunglasses, prescription for driving
I wanted him to get them
our light is so bright it dazzles the eye

I don't think $145 is that expensive for the most beautiful sunglasses in the world from JC Penney's optical center
when we drove to pool yesterday it was 108 and I had to close my eyes against the light
he has to have prescription sunglasses for driving

but when he went to get Happy on leash now, he said the glasses were nowhere to be found
we both looked all over for them
''I know they're gone forever'' he said
whew! he just called out he found them
they were in the yard

I just got email from my sisterinlaw
seems yesterday was day for Bill's mom to have beginning cataract removed
(my mil was born in 1915)
doc said I won't do surgery today cause her blood pressure is high
so Mary wants doc to give her mom a pill which makes you so high
you're not nervous at all
I don't know much about pills
in college I took dexamil to study all night before a test
I took it to stay up but it sure was fun experience
it made studying fun, cause all of a sudden I had ideas about everything I was studying
it made it interesting

I know that year before I left NYC
my neighbor dottie who was same age as carmine
when I went to bring her her newspaper
she answered the door
and said doc gave her new pill
''I am flying Annie'' she whispered to me at door
I guess some of these new pills must be fun :)
