The bank out to be notified and state police alerted for ATM withdrawls.Mini T should find out his pin number and account number and it should be traced for usage, plus most banks will have cameras.If he goes over stae lines, guess the FBI comes into play and they can view transactions to find a location.

All this may take a court order and warrant.
