It is just not right to just ban an account with no explaination.

When a user is banned, they get an explanation. Whoever is doing the ban (Jim, in this case) has to fill out a field in a form with the reason. The system displays this to the bannee when they try to post or freepmail.

And the reason this guy could still post is that he signed up a new account to post this.

His agenda is pretty clear, I think.

This is how it works. If you’re banned, you can post as long as you don’t LOG IN ;-)
