I want to thank everyone for keeping us in your prayers. We still haven't found Betsy, but have received a few letters and cards from her. No return addresses...but at least I know she is alive.

Please continue to pray for us, especially for protection against the evil which seeks to destroy all who love God.

Father, years ago you allowed me to look unharmed into the face of pestilence. You told me to look, and you told me not to be afraid...and I was not. You protected me utterly, and I have never forgotten the vision. I did not know then why You had allowed me to see, but I am beginning to understand now. Relentless, ravenous evil and hatred stalk this world, seeking to devour all. I ask You, Dear Father, to throw Your net of protection around this nation, our leaders, every man, woman and child that reside within our borders, that none may experience the desperate plots drawn up against us. You know each heart that is filled with rage against those who would defend and support us in our quest to rid the world of terrorism. Protect our allies, Mighty Father, and ensure the safety of their citizens.

Father, grant special insight, wisdom and intuition to those involved with preserving our safety. Give them clear skies, and allow them to peer into the camps of our enemies so we may foil every evil plan before it comes to fruition.

Father, I ask for Your special protection for all who post to these threads including their families and loved ones. Surround my dear friend, whom I have adopted into my family, with Your angels and give them charge over his safekeeping. Fill his heart with joy and peace, heal his every affliction, strengthen and preserve our friendship so that nothing may interfere with Your good plans for us.

I ask these things, Heavenly Father, in the name of Your Son, Jesus Christ...Amen!
