In the moderators' defense, I'd sure as hell hate to have their job. However, your thread should not have been pulled. If you had been some guy with a brand new account then I could see pulling the thread (as you would have been easily seen as a disruptor trying to stir the pot), but not a long-time poster such as yourself.

I'm very late on this thread, but would like to say I too am sorry your thread was pulled, Laz; I would have liked to see it. I'm always up for good satire. My view is "let freedom ring" in this forum, unless a poster strays into ethnic or religious insults or profanity.

For what its worth, I don't believe the Bush-bashing on this forum is due to disrupters, although there may be some of that; rather the bashing seems to reflect what is going on in some quarters of the conservative media. I often disagree with the bashers, but that disagreement is an honest one on both sides.
