Anybody I ever see beating an animal with a framing hammer, will need more than a hammer to stop me from beating them unconscious.

People that beat animals, or kill them like this, are the WORST sort of cowardly blowhards, usually masking their cowardice in false bravado. (with a lot of impotence mixed in.)

Being unable to beat persons, in their impotent rage, they turn to defenseless animals to vent their emotions. Just once, I would like to be there when something like this happens, instead of reading about it afterwards.

Wow! You hit my pet peeve about lawyers (but not with a hammer). The top firm I contacted after my husband died was totally wrapped up in the state's tobacco case and I happened to be on the phone with them when the ruling was pronounced in their favor and they dropped the phone to cheer and eventually told me they weren't going to take my case, after expressing a lot of interest. They didn't need to work or take a risk with a non-rich client.
