Actually, I posted the picture to point out the only body type that should try to wear the dress that Hillary wore. It certainly would never work on a short, heavy breasted woman as you've described yourself but that pretty girl is a model and it works on her.

Well, I don't think that breasts falling out of clothes are attractive or tasteful on a woman of ANY height or breast size. The woman may have a perfect body, but it still looks trashy.
