No, most of the flooding has occurred to the south, especially in Santiago. We have had a lot of rain and lots of street flooding but nothing serious. We are north of Santiago about 350 miles, right in the transition zone of the Atacama desert. The hills here look more like Arizona than coastal Oregon.
