Thanks for the Lulu report...I am still smiling about Lulu being a heroine, and rescuing, the wandering dog...shes a great gal, that Lulu is....

The way you describe her is just perfect, I have her image in my mind...

I should go to sleep myself...I am all worn out from all that heat today, but now, its dark, and cool, and a breeze is coming into the house, and cooling things down, thank goodness...

Westy, I sure hope that was the first and last day, of that type of heat we are going to see this summer...

Often, when my husband was still in the reserves, they would go to Yakima, for the weekend, in the middle of the summer...he would come back, sunburned, and really crabby...That Yakima is a stinking hot place...

yes cookie Lulu did good yesterday
cause lady had to leave for work
and that doggie was stray until two days ago
and it was 106° here yesterday with no shade at all
doggie would have been lost hot and confused all day if Lulu had not helped him get back into own sweet house (with new baby too)
lady is young mom
Bill called Lulu a hero all day long yesterday

I met that lady (young woman) last month when she was moving in, she was wearing T shirt which said ''be gentle with me, I've had rough past few lives''
