We just tested the cake.. It is delish.. First time I made this recipe.. If you want it, let me know.. It's easy for a carrot cake.. Jude likes easy at her age..;) I will catch up on your mail tomorrow, when I can devote my heart and soul to it.. Right now, this old lady is taard... I neeeeed my bed...
