Ummm... that graphic in the upper left of your wierd link... I kinda resemble it.. or it resembles me. Now I'm wierded out. I'm not skeery. Honest.

Which brings to mind and irrelevant thought: Which would be better, an artificial mind for a guy.. or an artificial guy for the mind?

"I do know this: You are meant to be here in this time at this place. What for is up to you." Guide continued. Darksheare considered everything he heard. He couldn't go back to where he came from. He could never explain why not, other than on Ea'rth he was alone in his thoughts. There wasn't the drone of millions of voices in his head, the thoughts of the people. And here, he was just another face on the streets.

But here on Ea'rth he had to face questions about mortality and where he would go when that time came. To his thoughts and his experience, it was an unspeakable horror that there was no 'proof' of the continuance of certain things after death. It was so opposite to what he knew that it weighed him down like a stone hung around his neck.

Guide patiently waited. He played with the brim of his hat. Isabella chewed some gum nervously. There was something odd about this man, he seemed to be... alien? Almost like he belonged to another time and another place. Guide turned towards her. She was about to ask him about that 'Kentothe' business, but..
"He is among a small number of people who have walked between the worlds. Through places where the walls seperating realities is membrane thin, or purposefully opened. Some such portals are natural and random. Others are more deliberate. He came from privilege and power. I cannot imagine what it would be like to leave such behind, but he did. And I will not question his judgement on it myself. His reasons are his own. That is all that is needed to be known at the moment." Isabella nodded as if she understood and that it was a good explanation. Which it wasn't. It created more questions than it answered. Like, where is this place and what is it like? Why is he here, and what are we suppsoed to do here?

Her questions would have to wait. Guide took Darksheare off on a stroll down a short path. Isabella busied herself with examining the immediate area and stopped short. Looking at the stone, and the portrait on it, she felt a rising fear...

She'd known who the Lady of Kentothe was and had spoken to her about... Darksheare? She knew his name that he used here?
