You have a great knack for finding gifs and pictures!

I import those delicacies from Canada who imports them from China. You have to work at it - LOL. They're very good, once you get past the visual; they rehydrate fast, swell up in a short time, and saute with sizzle.

Thanks for the picture - they look better growing than hydrated.
