"I have heard there are guys whose best efforts only make a woman smile." I think they're just humoring him.

Ever noticed how he never shows when he has been well and truly slammed?

FOFL. I don't think so but it does have some darling things to wear on your trip. LOL. There is a good book with lots of that information, you might find it helpful.... Dangit, I can't think of the name right this minute. It'll come to me.... In fact, I may have a copy of it.... I'll go look. :)

"Ford is a "rat" you know...." Aren't they all pretty much? Besides, I was trying to relate to face, which is something I don't do well apart from character. Ignoring the ages because some of them are quite younger than men that would interest me, but some of the men I have thought were attractive include Johnny Depp, Lou Diamond Phillips, Val Kilmer as well as Harrison Ford. Chuck Norris is okay and I think Keanu Reeves is a handsome young man. I've just never seen that many Hollywood pretty boys that did much for me, but then, like I said, I'm kinda strange that way. I really had that "pretty is as pretty does" thing drilled into my head.

I went to Barnes and Noble this afternoon to look at the Washington DC travel/visitor guides, and a family of 5 was parked in that aisle looking at all those books. I'll try again later.

You're feeling frisky today aren't you Catpuppy?

Look and see if the bookstores have an "Unofficial Guide" to Washington DC. I have bought books in that series for other places and have found them invaluable in working out things like timing, places to stay and places to eat (with rundown of fare and prices as well as quality rating), local attractions, and pros and cons of various options. There are usually maps and helpful suggestions of the best time to drive in certain areas as well as the best times to see various things to avoid some of the chaos. They are great books and the time and money they save make them well worth the $8-10 or so investment if there is one available for the DC area. I would think it is heavily traveled enough that there would be.

I am very happy. One more year and a chunk of nully's* earnings will come directly to me. *nully = cp's designated taxpayer. nully is responsible for making sure that my Social Security "Trust Fund" is solvent and stays that way. See nully work. See cp smile.

LeeAnn Rimes got married -- I didn't know that. It won't last 2 years.

Why would Monteith accept Condit's help? Because politicians are basicaly whores, and will look for money anywhere.

Anything in Vogue about travelling halfway across the country in a minivan with teenage sons? Wrap them in barbed wire, stuff their mouths with plastique and stash them behind the rear seat.

Glad you enjoyed it - I thought the freeper pretty much nailed it. The Rats are spinning on their pointy rat heads not knowing straight up from sideways trying to get W.

I went to Barnes and Noble this afternoon to look at the Washington DC travel/visitor guides, If they have it, take a look at 'Road Food' It is all about good eats in out of the way places. All the great little cafe's that save you from eating McDonalds.

I'll be thinking "Road Kill Cafe" I have eaten at a bunch of these places. They have all been great. They are not the places that poison truck drivers, they are the neat places that only the locals know about.

ROTFL! Catpuppy, you're funny. Perhaps that's the REAL reason Nully is cleaning out the roommates. He is concerned for your well-being.

"Wrap them in barbed wire, stuff their mouths with plastique and stash them behind the rear seat." If you're trying to scare Mo into keeping her girls home, I think it's too late. Quite the contrary; you may be convincing Val that as long as you're doing the "kid" thing this summer, maybe she should drop her boys off with Uncle Swervie for a little discipline education as well.

". The Rats are spinning on their pointy rat heads" ROTFL!
