The young singer Josh Groban will be on The View tomorrow. I've never watched that show, but I might to hear him (if I can remember)

For small font I write < small > and get this -- not tiny, but smaller
... and you can write < big > for this size of font.

No sneezing, Val. I wonder sometimes if the allergies that we all seem to get these days are caused by our infrequent trips outside the air conditioned space. Maybe our allergies are just the opposite of immunity: we get them by too often avoiding the things outside that cause them. Thus on the infrequent occasion when we are exposed to a particular allergen, we react.

Your question is a valid one about the roses catpuppy, but I am quite sure Mo's pictures are real. All my roses in Colorado were perfect too. But in Georgia, I had a constant battle keeping the pests you talk about under control. I think a lot of those things just don't thrive in cooler or drier climates and higher elevations.

Oh good, I'm glad you told me. I've watched it a couple of times and surprisingly enough it isn't all that bad.

I am sure you're right, sl. Some areas just don't support the critters that attack roses. But Thomasville is way down in south Georgia and is a great rose growing city.
To: catpuppy
This one isn't real good because it's a close-up of just a portion of a picture. These were really pretty roses though.

Hey catpuppy, It's good to see you. I'm inclined to agree with you on the allergen theory.

A good holiday with lots of good food and sunshine here. I hope that all the Freeoples had a good one too.

Lovely roses, sl. I once lived in a house in England that had nearly 100 rose bushes including many of that color. They bloomed from May until late November.

I hope so, too. I tried my hand at windsurfing this weekend. It was a hoot. Lordy, it is fun but it ain't easy. Prentice would have laughed until he cried. FOFLOL.
