I read your musings yesterday, about whether or not you or your Bill were a bit nutty...

You are hardly nutty, at least not in the sense that you need worry about it...you are creative, in the way that you deal with your life, and its ups and downs....it seems no matter what comes your way, you find a way to deal with it, and come out being still the same sweet quirky Palo that we all have come to know and to love...

Its the rigid, narrow thinking, straight arrowed, folks, who to me are nutty...People who see life in only a very few limited ways, and have their minds and souls rooted in concrete, are the ones who will crack, when and if circumstances go outside the norm for them...

You, Palo, find creative, inventive ways to deal with whatever comes your way, be it good or be it bad...so dont worry, be happy...

A very astute observation about Palo.Intuitive types are few and far between and for that reason, many find it hard to understand the free flowing thought processes of our types(I am one as well ;-)].The good thing is that most I have come across are natural optimists that can find ways out of situations and make the best of what the hand is.Que sera sera is a good motto ;-)

lol Lulu got me up bright and early
(I bet you remember that basset hound whine)
she had appetite
my Krafts singles have been disappearing at alarming rate
when Bill woke up he greeted her as ''72 pound Lulu''
when he had his coffee outside, she ate half his bran muffin
Bill tried to get Happy out early cause of heat
Happy got his ''full complement'' (he likes walk to 20/30 club, then back down to Swan Park, then home)(3 miles walk)
but Bill is part Cherokee, he can take heat
(and Happy is a Sampson, he can take heat too)
Lulu and I managed two blocks
she stopped to eat leaves from her favorite bush along footpath
and she was kind enuf to be willing to turn around after that
she wanted to chase kitties in our front yard when we got back
but that is no-no
she is snoozing under table next to me now
