Afternoon Gran - glad you're able to sneak in here. When you've nothing better to do at the grocers, look for a bottle of Allegro Hot & Spicey marinade. It is used here for everything - beef, poulty, fish, veggies, you name it, it gets Allegro. Sounds like y'all will enjoy a feast this evening! Good job.
