What a conversation starter!! "hey, wanna learn how to mend a hole in a bullet proof vest??" LOL...these books are more like gumshoe, Raymond Chandler, film noir characters and plots.They aren't happy, but really well done :-)

when I mentioned film noir to her she got very excited
I'm nuts bout Raymond Chandler books, I bet I'll love them too
but habs Tucson does not have indoor days, so my bet is our libraries do not compare to yours
they just buy what's on the best seller list that week
