I think basset hound lovers are very clever, very smart, very patient, very loving, and are indeed eccentric

After all, who but an eccentric, can really love a dog, who refuses to obey, who runs away all the time, who is a food hound, who park their chubby parts on you, as if you were a sofa...on top of that, they think they are the boss, and you are their slave

Add to that, that many bassets drool all over, are very noisy drinkers, they often shed like crazy, and some of them retain a very houndy smell, even right after a bath...

Bassets are indeed, the choice of eccentrics....

Well, Dizzy is nagging me to get offline, and pay attention to him.... he wants some of his treats, and then he always expects treats to be followed up, by being held and pet, and talked to like a baby...he does demand his lovin time...

I like his little face.....its different from most kitties...Himalayans have those little smashed in faces, unlike most other cats...kind of like Pekinese dogs, look so different from other dogs, because they have those little smashed in faces....

I always call Dizzys face, his 'grumper' face, because so often he just looks plain grumpy...its just the way his face it...cute, but grumpy...
