I forgot to get fortune cookie
we were on time-table cause Bill was meeting his caving partner near entrance of cave at 2PM
we abbreviated our swim so I could stop at chinese restaurant and get buffet to go
I did it so fast that all I took was roasty chicken, green beans with meat, 2 egg rolls, and some noodles
that is why I think it is funny that I let the dogs have all of it (they didn't want eggrolls, green beans, and noodles)
cause so much effort went into gettin' it
but you know how it is, us humans love them and want to make them happy
you are sweet andysmom to offer me your famous lasagna
there is food in the house but nothin' tasty (lots of krafts singles)

Well, you could always make yourself a grilled cheese sandwich...when I was a little girl, and sometimes work for my dad was slow, and he was down to working just 3 or 4 days a week, money was tight...and mom was always looking for new ways to fill us kids up(Dad always had to have meat, because he was the one working)...

So often, mom would make dad his meat meal, but for herself, me and my little brother, she would make grilled cheese sandwiches, and cinnamon toast, in an effort to save money...

I never realized that it was a cheapie meal, because we loved grilled cheese sandwiches and cinnamon toast...
