I've come across their official name in Agatha Christie books
I never knew their nickname
I had no idea what they looked like
they are such soft big blossoms, in pretty shade
from what you say they come in all tints of pink and red
it must be lovely havin' them round your home

Some of the pink shades of Rhodies, are so light, as to almost look white....and some, like my dark purple one, are very dark shades...but they are all very lovely.....my favorites are the really lite pink ones...they just look so delicate....

Does Bill wear one of those hats with a light on it?...or does he just carry a flashlight?...

I have got to admire him, I would be afraid to go caving...I would be afraid I would get lost in some cave and could not find my way back, and would be lost forever in that cave

Did you ever see the movie 'The Goonies'....a bunch of kids go into a cave, looking for the lost treasure of One Eyed Willie, the Pirate...

I just love that movie...for a lot of reasons....I like the story of kids looking for treasure, I think that the kids do a good job of acting, and I love the scenery...it was filmed in Astoria, Oregon, a place we have visited numerous times, and also filmed at Cannon Beach down in Oregon, and they show this huge monolith in the ocean, which you can actually go and see...its called Haystock Rock and its one of the largest monoliths in the world...

The Goonies was just on a few days ago, and I watched it...now everytime I see it, I think of Bill and his caving...

It would be wonderful if Bill found buried treasure, Palo could have a field day, buying bracelets, and nail polish, bathing suits, and pocketbooks, Kraft Singles, and Roasty Beef...and Bill could get one of those snappy hats with the headlight on it...

Ah, its fun to fantasize...
