sorry, honey, all the rules are against things which are delicious
your pork chops, chickie's lobster, andysmoms crabs
there are no rules bout things which taste ickie (ketchup on pancakes)

I'm no expert but I think ketchup on pancakes is kosher
what you eat is not

Those 'kosher' laws against food, are against all the goody foods...things like pork chops, grannies lobster and my crab are so yummy....

There was a whole 'Seinfeld' episode about the Kosher law against shellfish...

Jerry had taken his girlfriend along with all his looney friends to a weekend at the beach of some of their other friends...Jerrys girlfriend could not enjoy the freshly caught lobster, that Kramer illegaly poaches from the fishermens lobster traps...

Everyone was oohing and aahing at how delicious the lobster was, so, Jerrys girlfriend snuck down into the kitchen during the night to sample lobster, but Kramer was on duty in the kitchen, and prevented her from compromising her faith, by eating the leftover lobster tail...

However, the evil George, was angry that Jerrys girlfriend had seen him naked(she walked into the his room by mistake), after he had left the pool, and he had 'shrinkage'(His penis had shrunk from the cool pool water)....George was sure that Jerrys girlfriend had told Georges date that he had a little itty bitty penis...

So George cooked eggs for everyone the next morning, never informing Jerrys girlfriend that the reason the scrambled eggs tasted so good, was because they had lobster mixed into them..at least he did not mention the additon of the lobster until Jerrys girlfriend had eaten the eggs...

For that, George got a tomato flung in his face on the drive home...
