Yes, the ringleaders were. The ones I need to know about are the muscle guys. The ones who rode in the back, subdued the passengers, etc. Seems I recall 10 or 12 of them entered at about the same time. Reminds me of the 25 or so the Coasties are saying came over aboard container ships recently. These guys were not here too long before the attack.
