Then you'd better turn off the TV, shut down the computer and go into seclusion until after the November elections because it's just gonna get worse. Frankly, it sickens me too, and I do at least try to take mini-breaks from it, but it's hard to do.

Well, I do that periodically already. In fact, I've just finished about 3 weeks with only limited TV viewing, almost no talk radio and selected internet news. Fortunately, I have lovely distractions to help me keep life in prospective and hold onto my sanity. LOL
