In-house Clinton scandal attorney Mark Geragos refused to deny a National Enquirer report Friday revealing that former first brother Roger Clinton checked himself into an Arizona drug rehab center on July 19 for "chronic cocaine abuse" -- raising questions about whether he knew his client was abusing illegal drugs when he helped him beat a February DUI charge this week.
