I am drawn to the idea of owning Narsil.... not quite sure why. But I want it with a scabbard, and they don't have that, only a wall mount. They have just come out with Aragorn's ranger sword with the scabbard, and it is very nice! (The Ranger Sword from Last Legend

Did you see this? - It was buried in the ton of information - one of the old reports of a pre-FoTR preview of the films at Cannes last year:

Last of the Mohicans music cuts in as we begin to see the ending montage of scenes from The Two Towers and Return of the King. (looking at my notes here I see that I’ve scribbled “EPIC!!!!!!!”) We see Eowyn standing by herself looking into the distance as the camera pulls away from her. Wow. A close-up of Denethor looking truly decrepit. We see Aragorn being fitted with armor and Elrond giving him a reforged Narsil. Sam yells “that’s for my old gipper!” [I think he meant "Gaffer", but doing it for the Gipper would be OK I guess ;~D - Hair] We see the Elves going into battle. Stuff from Helm’s Deep. We see Theoden speaking. (No Treebeard or Lurtz). Sam speaking to a thoroughly tired Frodo “I can’t carry the Ring.. but I can carry you”. The footage ends with Frodo putting on the Ring saying “I will not destroy it! The Ring is MINE!”

Egads! Fetch my meds! - Those scenes sound wonderful!
