I think the Clinton press machine is behind this hysteria today. Every paper running with the same headline - every reporter saying the same thing... it stinks of the Clinton years. No gravitas.

Yes, indeed, that seems to be the really pertinent question, why didn't Clinton do something ? After all, he had warnings and a longer time in office to acomplish something. Oh, that's right.... by 1998 he wasn't running for office, Hillary was and Bubba was out raising money for his libraary, his retirement. No time to do anyrhing for the country.
