No announcement has been made on Dark Angel either way.

Criswell predicts it will return and get the X-Files slot, however. (I guess that's the Alias slot, too, ain't it?)

24 copped out pretty early by making the villain(s) a PC Evil Serb instead of the byzantine domestic conspiracy teased in early promos. The suspense element has kept me watching, but I'll skip the second season if there is one.

Smallville is okay. They did a good job recasting the Superman mythos, and the evolution of Lex is interesting, but the rest is pretty weak. It's slipped down to my occasionally watchable list . . .

I'm convinced it's either Milo or Nina. Nobody else makes sense. But I also think that isn't the BIG revelation to come. I think there's a "puppet master" who's manipulating the Drazens. I'm not sure who, but I think it's somebody involved in the Palmer campaign -- but not the Mrs.

Oh, Television Without Pity refers to her as Lady McPalmer.

24's cop out wasn't the same as the Sum of All Fears copout, but if you read the post above, I think there's one more level of conspiracy.

Are you the producer of the show?

I absolutely love this show! Last night's episode was fantastic. I actually started to cry when Will hugged Jack, and Jack hugged him back.

It didn't make sense to me that she would have blue hair or wear that dog collar tonight. The blue hair made her stick out and the dog collar could have been used to choke her.

To get to the lab, she had to go through a "techno-pop dance club." There she did not stand out in blue hair. She was one of the crowd.

Plus, it helped to disguise her to KDirectorate, since she is known to them...

I also thought the use of the Natalie Merchant song: MY SKIN was almost masterful. I have never heard it used before in any production and could not imagine a better use of it than in the show last night. The timing of it was perfect, as Arvin Sloan explained to his wife that SD6 is not the CIA. Does he then kill her?

Take a look at my body
Look at my hands
There's so much here that I don't understand
Your face say these promises
Whispered like prayers
I don't need them

Because I've been treated so wrong
I've been treated so long
As if I'm becoming untouchable
Well, content loves the silence
It thrives in the dark
With fine winding tendrils
That strangle the heart
They say that promises sweeten the blow
But I don't need them, no
I don't need them

Oh, I need the darkness
The sweetness
The sadness
The weakness
Oh, I need this
I need a lullaby
A kiss good night
Angel sweet love of my life
Oh, I need this

one of my favorite songs.

That's what I think he did with the wine. He put some kind of drug in it. Let's see, Ambition Versus Love. With Sloan, I think Ambition wins. The chair was too much.

I'm hoping Vaughn escaped. I like him.

I watch the show for Jack Bristow... I have like Victor Garber from his Sweeney Todd days on Broadway.

I watch it for Sydney and to see whose ass she is gonna kick each week. Does Arvin kill the former Mrs. Spielberg? It could have been some of her medication that he put in the wine, though why ruin a fine wine? The whole thing begs the larger question: What price hath glory? Who cares about the Chair on SD6's board if you have no family? Money and power are great - but they don't mean anything when you die.

LOL, I was gonna post a thread about ALIAS too. My favorite show too.

Jennifer Garner is great! So I guess that mean SD6 director killed his wife? And she finally meets her mom? Do you really think Vaughn is dead? I hope not! Do you think her partner will turn Sydney in?

NO!!! It's the acting director. The guy who has taken over for Jack right now. Have you seen the trailer for this weeks show? 24 is also a very good show.

I've seen the trailer, but it moves much much too fast for me, and I'd rather speculate than freeze frame. George Mason is the acting director, but he's sleezy anyway. If he's the mole, I wouldn't be surprised.

But I believe the mole is a distraction anyway. I believe there's a "puppet master" who's manipulating the Drazens and I'm speculating that it's a really wild choice, but I don't want to say, because if it's true, it'll be a real surprise.

I watch this show religiously (well, after church on Sunday night). Some comments:

Sloan's situation is actually the most interesting story line going now. Does he:

1.) Kill his wife for a seat on the board?

2.) Not kill his wife and tell SD-6 to pound sand?

3.) Not kill his wife and kill himself instead, for the wretch he has become and for all the lies he's told his wife?

Vaughn will most likely live, ala the way last week's show make you think Will had been shot.

Sidney meets her mom and will likely kick the living crap out of her.

Jack is a card-carrying bad-a**, but unless he got the mole's confession on tape, he may be in deep doo-doo for torturing and finally wasting the mole.

Sidney's partner's actions will depend largely on what comes out of Sloan's story line.

And Jennifer Garner is hotter than a 3-dollar pistol.

Jack does not suffer from moral dilemmas.

Jack does not suffer from moral dilemmas. Or worry about the laws of any country. And he loves Sydney - which is nice to see.

The best line of the night though, belonged to Will, the usually lame-o, do-gooder reporter dude. After being tortured and given a truth-serum that causes death in 20% of the people that receive it, he got fed up. When they came to take him away, he jumps up and grabs another syrenge of the serum and sticks in the chief bad guys neck and says: "ONE IN FIVE Bi*ch!".

way to get cajones!

I think he will. I think Slone is so power hungry, he'll do anything to be on top. Plus he knows they won't let his wife live long. I agree with all your other observations. About ther partner. I don't what will happen there, HMMM? Very interesting. And yes, Jenifer is a cutie. I really like her.

They unfortunately don't show, yet lead you to believe, that the Asian Dentist drew the unlucky one in five...
