Found it...but the link isn't working anymore. Here's what the site said anyway:

The trailer to the second instalment in the Lord of The Rings trilogy made its way online last week but, amid the flickery, black and white images, it was a little hard to get into the spirit. Now an improved quality - but slightly smaller and prematurely cut-short - version has popped up and with the aid of a rudimentary magnifying glass you can now become one with what looks certain to be the greatest cinematic outside of Episode II.

That would be great if there is a good one around... I have the audience bootleg which is good enough to watch full screen, but it flickers, and the color is lost. I have also seen a better color quality Japanese version. And it was cut short too... This may have been that version, without the Japanese subtitles. Certainly let me know if you find it again, the link may work again later.
