Tektites, some of them, are blasts of material from the moon. Or so I was told a long time ago. The way they are strewn across a wide area indicates they came in a globule from somewhere like the moon. A moon impact would throw glassy debris far and wide, and some might hit the earth in a fairly tight pattern giving rise to a tektite field. Ejecta from recent mooon impacts seems to show rays of tight focus.
