the smolt are swimmin' along, and suddenly they are trapped
then they are held upside down for examination
and they are babies

The farm raised salmon are Atlantic Salmon. Some have already escaped and they think cross bed with the native salmon...They don't allow fish farms in Alaska but British Columbia does and has quite a few..Big flap doddle brewing up here about the whole mess.....
