I am not equipped to rape women. I don't know what it is like to be tempted to rape. Wouldn't it be hypocritical of me to want rape outlawed?

Is is ALREADY illegal, because we Individualists believe in INDIVIDUAL ownership of property.

Yes. But the rich guy should also be giving to the SalvationArmy, and hope that the poor guy has the gumption to go there before committing suicide robbery.
