Been waiting for you! I have a recipe for you. You and JRandomFreeper, a/k/a /john, seem to always be entertaining and really enjoy it. This is a great brunch recipe:

Green Chile Yabuts

4 Large eggs
6 oz. Grated cheddar cheese
2/3 c. Whole milk
1/3 c. Heavy cream
1/2 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. Frozen corn
Small can diced green chiles

Beat eggs, milk and cream. add Bisquick and beat until blended. Add cheese, corn and chiles. Fille 12 well greated muffin tins with mixture. Bake 15-20 min. at 400 degrees until puffed and golden. Let cool 5 min. and remove from muffin pans. Serve immediately or freeze for up to 3 months. Re-heat frozen Yabuts in microwave.

These little muffin thingys taste like quiche and they are so easy for a brunch, or an informal breakfast meeting. You actually don't need forks unless you want to use them, as they can be picked up like a muffin. I have reheated them in the microwave and they are still light, fluffy and tasty.
