It's kind of time-consuming to make, but it's easy, and you get two meals out of it. I'll post the recipe pretty soon. It's my family's (extended family, too) favorite - requested at every gathering. Greg's hunting buddies and 4-wheeler buddies always asked him to bring a big pan of my lasagna on their trips, too.
