The first lasagna pan was rectangular, this one is oval (and the dish is called a lasagna dish) and awkward to use.

I need more practice taking food pictures (in the daytime would be better -- less shadows.)

mmmmm......lasagna looks good, but baked liked that, it is hard to enjoy the burnt crusty corners
