Abuse widespread at schools for the deaf nationwide

I have heard about these types of stories also but I didn't know it was so big .. this is all to sad ..

When I was working at a paper, the scandals were abuses of boys at all the state homes for delinquent youth. Those kids had been abused by adults and other kids for years - many of them now dead of AIDS and cannot ever tell.
