Its by Michael Cremo and Richard Thompson. It is about a thousand pages long so you might want to read "The Hidden History of the Human Race" which is the condensed version.(and cheaper)

It is pretty far out but then again they may be on to something.

If you go for the unabridged edition keep a glass of water handy. The going can be very dry at times.
