I think Trevor and Tyler would get along great. Tyler is faxcinated with natural phenomena like that...and weather. Stuff about volcanoes and tornados and all that on TLC and the Discovery channel just really held his attention.
The volcanoes are intriguing. It is really weird to stand on the ground where the smoke is rising from the ground and you can feel the heat right through your shoes. A little scary too. Kilauwea wasn't quite in the state of activity as in this picture although it had been being very active just prior to the time we were there. You could buy the photos though....and of course postcards. Some of them are really beautiful.
