Tucson jury duty is different from Manhattan juryduty
In Manhattan they made us stay the whole two weeks, no matter what
(I guess cause of so many cases)
here they let everyone go after first day
also I told guard when I arrived ''I only have $10 bill
and I want to call my husband to pick me up when it's over
is there a concession stand to get change?''
he said ''we have phones for public to use for free
just dial 9 for outside line''
also jury assembly room has two big TVs turned to Turner Classic Movies
so jurors can watch movies all day
it made me realize jury assembly rooms should be in movie theater
so we can sit in dark, watch wonderful movie on big screen, and be served pop corn and pop

LOL! Jury duty sounds ok if you can watch TCM all day!!LOL!!They should have a marathon of 12 Angry Men,Witness for the Prosecution, Anatomy of a Murder, Dial M for Murder and Double Indeminity.Hosted by Palo Verde ;-)
