It is funny but it is awful. The redneck's neighbor has the patience of of a Saint. I felt so sorry for the neightbor. It's hard to say what was worse. Setting the backyard on fire was hilariously stoooopid but so was that bizzare table in the flower pot, the fish tank, sedtting the picnic table/deck on fire, the wading pool planters. It boogles the mind.
