They are saying Blake did the shooting! I thought he would have hired a hitman if he did it...They say he was passive at the arrest. Wonder if that means he did it and won't fight this...just be glad it is over. Special circumstances is that he was " lying in wait" and could face the death penalty. I feel so sorry for the baby. She is such a cute little kid and she is going to have to grow up knowing what her mother was and what her father did. And this has to be bad for Blake's daughter...what a mess.
