Hoo Haa, This is a major Policy Speech, not a run of the mill comencement speech. He is promising the end of the line for all the Arab States if they don't cut off propaganda and funds for terrorism

Apparently he has heard what the Arabs and Muslims are really saying this time, and not what he had hoped to hear when giving them the benefit of the doubt.
I think he intends to take SWIFT action and get it over with as quickly as possible.
