Good luck with the wind, Bill. Why don't you have a nice cuppa coffee instead?
Sandra sounds like she has a god complex, in that she wants to do it all herself, but is afraid of screwing things up, so she does nothing. Instead of hiring the baddest-a$$ed lawyer in Phoenix to take care of her problems, she quits her practice to go to law school. This is not sound thinking. But if she's a friend of yours, I can only wish her the best and hope that she seeks professional help. JL

hi loddy
your post is sensible
I met Sandra on Monday when I was walkin' Lulu
Sandra's cat was missing for a week and she asked me if Lulu and I had seen it
she then spilled out all her other troubles
I don't know why she wrote down my name, phone number, and address
maybe because I assured her her cat would return
and I encouraged her to let the mess in Phoenix go and move on with her life
I only had 20 minues to talk to her, rugman was expected at 8:30
I was surprised and overjoyed when she showed up at door two nights later to say Smudge returned
(Sandra is third girl in neighborhood who lost their cat
each time my intuition told me cat would return
each time I prayed for cat's return
with other two wimmin, I found out later the happy news
their cats returned safe and sound)
Sandra should have hired toughest lawyer in Phoenix, seems she hired the cheapest
cause Sandra does not believe he is working on her behalf now, and has joined the opposition
it is time for this girl to cut her losses and move on
loddy, I trust in God
Sandra may be makin' choices which get her more embroiled
but that is for her and God to work out together
none of us turn to God till we are at the end of our ropes
but problems get solved quickly then
Love, Palo

it's odd loddy
in my old neighborhood in Manhattan (the lower east side)
especially during the upset '80s
it was common to bump into people in the street
girls who were cryin'
or men very upset 'bout huge fight with their wife
what made Sandra different
is she was just as emotional and upset as they were when she talked to me on street
but when she used our phone to call emergency vets
she described her cat's symptoms like lucid MD
maybe she just wants shoulder to cry on
Love, Palo
