Alright, it's not complete plagiarism, but the intervals in the repeated base line are clearly the same:

Tonic -> Dominant -> Submediant -> Mediant -> Subdominant -> Tonic -> Subdominant -> Dominant

This is a popular chord progression that has been copied countless times.
