In no particular order:

All in the Family
The Simpsons
I Love Lucy
Greg the Bunny It's a brand new show, and if the rest of the episodes are as funny as the first, it'll be one of my new favorites.
WKRP
The Osbournes (It's actually a real life look at Ozzy's family and life, but watching Ozzy try and solve everyday problems is hysterical)
Frasier

Police Squad, The Young Ones, et al.

Strange, but in my teenage years I loved Monty Python, & later I appreciated the Young Ones. But watching them now, the magic is long gone.

My all time funniest:

My current favorites:

In no particular order: Get Smart - Mel Brooks, Buck Henry. What else can I say? Seinfeld - Michael Richards; Great physical comedy. Great ensemble. Cheers - Great ensemble. Changed chicks and didn't miss a beat. All in the Family - The best; couldn't get on TV today. MASH - Great until it became the show of Saint Hawkeye & BJ the Good. I Love Lucy - Desi Arnaz not given enough credit.

SCTV.

I gotta say, Jiminy Glick is pretty damn funny. I was laughing out loud at an interview with Jim Belushi.

Newhart.
Bizzarre. I always thought John Byner was a Canadian. He isn't.

I got three good ones:

Tim Conway(can't remember the show, maybe it was Carol Bernet)
Benny Hill
Seinfeld

Tim Conway and Benny Hill used to make me laugh so hard I'd be on the floor crying. So did Rich Little.....what show did he use to be on? Is he still alive, still performing? I never really cared for the lucy show or the honeymooners. I guess I had an odd sense of humor.
