Happy rushes under bed each time Bill raises his voice
it doesn't disturb Lulu one iota who is snorin' on top of bed
Bill just took out bags and bags of clutter to trash
(he spent all day putting stuff back in his rooms rugman cleaned)
he was loaded up at door with 5 shoppin' bags
when some of the handles broke, and stuff tumbled out
naturally he cussed in loud voice
Happy couldn't scoot under bed fast enuf
now Bill is callin' to him in coaxin' voice
reassuring him that he's not upset 'bout anything
I find it darling watchin' Bill control his emotions
Happy was such an emaciated distressed stray at Pound
who had given up hope
that Bill knocks himself out to make him happy

That is so touching, that your Bill goes out of his way, to make sure that Happy is secure...so many doggies who come out of the shelters, make the most wonderful pets...they are so grateful that someone cared enough about them, to give them a second chance at life...Your Bill sounds like a one in a million, to me...
